We are looking for Extrusion Operatives to work at our site in Leominster. This is ongoing work with the potential to become a permanent member of the team. Ideally the successful candidates will have experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Duties:
* Operating and monitoring extrusion machines
* Checking raw materials are correct, then loading onto machines
* Quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained at times
* Housekeeping of extrusion lines, recycling units, packaging automation and associated equipment
* Monitor and manage line output rates, scrap levels, quality issues and yield against plan/targets on each line
* Potential to be working at height
Shifts:
* working 4 on / 4 off (2 days and 2 nights)
* 12 hours days and nights
* 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
Pay Rate:
* £14.50 per hour
* £21.75 per hour after standard weekly hours
