Base pay range
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join us at The Betsey Wynne in Swanbourne.

About The Betsey Wynne:
The Betsey Wynne can be found in the beautiful village of Swanbourne, in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, 20 minutes from Milton Keynes and Aylesbury. With a large restaurant, theatre-style kitchen with a Josper grill and wood-fired pizza oven, an extensive bar and lounge area, outdoor seating and a large function room.
The Betsey Wynne serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu enhanced by weekly specials carefully crafted by a team of chefs based on sustainable, quality ingredients. Traceable from farm to fork, our meat and poultry come from British farms, our eggs are free range, and our fish is responsibly sourced from suppliers approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).

* You will know your way around a kitchen, having worked as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie previously and be ready for your next challenge!
* You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit

* You are a multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail
