Job Description
As the Personal Assistant for this Directorate you primary responsibilities be to provide high quality administrative support delivered in a rapidly changing setting and will include but not be limited to:
3. Manage the diary and inbox for senior team members.
4. Coordinate meetings, including preparation packs and information required to ensure leaders are well prepared
5. Handle correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritisation.
6. Maintain and organise records, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
7. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries.
8. Support the preparation of reports and presentations.
9. Organise Travel and accommodation requirements when required.
10. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
11. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant will bring the following skills and track record:
12. Proven experience in providing administrative support in a corporate environment, working knowledge of Civil Service environment is an advantage.
13. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills are required.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
16. The ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
17. Happy to be in the London office c3 days a week/may be more as required.
