We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join the friendly, busy Solihull 0-19 Service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the 0-19 service, including the Infant Feeding, Health Visiting, and School Nursing teams. The role includes being the regional administrator for an online health needs assessment tool for school-aged children and supporting the National Child Measurement Programme.
You will need to be a flexible and adaptable individual with excellent communication, organisational, data, and computer skills, and experience of using electronic health record systems. You should be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously, with experience working with children, young people, and families.

Under the direction of the Leadership Team, the post holder will provide comprehensive high-quality administrative support to the Solihull 0-19 Service, including:
1. Day-to-day office management, such as ordering equipment and efficient use of multiple IT systems, and being the named Fire Warden (training provided).
2. Confidential, accurate, and efficient administrative support using established processes and IT systems to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
3. Supporting the wider Solihull 0-19 Service to coordinate care pathways and deliver high-quality services to the community.
4. Managing administrative demands in a busy office environment.
5. Supervising School Nurse Assistants and 0-19 Administrative Support Staff (Band 2), in coordination with the leadership team.
6. Ensuring smooth administrative processes for programs like the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) and Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ).
