Job Vacancy: Healthcare Assistant Days
Location: Woodstock Residential Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4HN
Contracted hours: 33 hours (to include – every other weekend free, as applicable). Rota Hours – 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm or 8am-8pm.
Work flexibility in accordance with your availability and the service requirements. Hourly rate of pay: £13.00.

The Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
* Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
* Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
* Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity always.
* Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
* Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
