Maintenance Engineer - Monday – Friday (days)
Alexander Steele is working exclusively with a global food manufacturing business to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for their site in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will play an integral part of the engineering team responsible for maintaining and optimising food production machinery and processes.

Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on a wide range of production equipment, including conveyors, ovens and packaging machines.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimise downtime and production interruptions.
* To seek continuous improvement in work practices and methods, using manufacturing excellence techniques, to identify and implement/recommend cost reductions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
