Internal Sales Account Executive Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Account Executive to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve handling incoming sales enquiries, responding to customer queries, and providing quotes for bulk B2B sales.
* Handle all incoming sales calls and respond to written enquires via email, website and online platforms.
* Provide and follow up on quotes for bulk B2B sales.
* Manage customer queries sent via social media accounts.
* Offer product technical information to customers.
* Resolve any customer issues and complaints.
* Update the CRM system regularly.
* Liaise with internal sales support and logistics teams to ensure order fulfilment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience of working in a similar B2B internal/external sales/account management role.
* Excellent customer service skills, able to build strong relationships.
* Able to work as part of a small team, supporting with varied tasks as required.
* Confident IT skills, including MS Excel and CRM database systems.
