The role is based at our Milton Keynes head office, but you’ll be supporting our Northern region, working closely with managers to help them recruit the right people for their services. You don’t need recruitment experience but what matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to learn. What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities
* Building positive working relationships with managers in our Northern region through regular phone and Teams contact, with occasional visits
* Writing job adverts and managing vacancies
* Responding to applications and carrying out short telephone screening interviews
* Booking and coordinating face-to-face interviews
* Completing pre‑employment checks, including right to work checks, references and DBS checks
* Supporting a values‑based recruitment process that puts people first while keeping everything compliant. The people you help recruit go on to support people to live full, independent lives. * Is a confident, friendly communicator
* Enjoys variety and being kept busy
* Is organised and able to juggle different tasks
* Has basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365
