The Structural Steel Division at ARM are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager, for the Glazing division of our client based in Bournemouth.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening our position in the market, and building long-term relationships with main contractors.
Developing and managing a strong pipeline of glazing projects
• Identifying and engaging with main contractors to be added to their tender lists
• Utilising sales tools, marketing campaigns, and historical data to generate leads
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract agreement
Business development experience in the glazing or wider construction industry
• Technical understanding of architectural drawings and project specifications
