Be the Backbone of Recycling: Join Us as a Site Operative
Location: Worthing Household Waste Recycling Centre
Salary: £12.40 per hour
Hours:
* 24 hours per week any 3 days out of 7

As a Site Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community.
Your Core Responsibilities.
* Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
* Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively
* Keep the site clean, safe, and organized
* Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site
* Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible
* Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community
* Gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic, outdoor environment
