The Opportunity

The food and beverage operation is a vital component of our hotels and contributes to the overall hotel commercial plan.
YOU as our Food and Beverage Manager will have full management responsibility for the restaurants, bar, in-room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events.
This is a hands-on role, your focus will be on leading YOUR team to deliver exceptional guest hospitality experiences, managing the F&B budget, rotas, stock control, and sales.
It should be natural for you to lead and give direction to a team of food & beverage experts who are passionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. And being a people person, you will thrive in taking ownership of their ongoing development.

Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about all things hospitality & food
* Proven track record of success working in a management role within a busy food and beverage operation
* YOU will have a strong operational knowledge of food & beverage and have a strong commercial awareness in this sector.
* YOU will have the capability to drive and motivate teams through periods of change, and a track record in recognising and developing future hospitality stars.
* The ability to create a positive culture within the team.
* Excellent level of numeracy and literacy skills
* Strong organisation and planning skills
* Experienced in managing budgets and driving revenue sales.
