Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
Policy Champion: Maintain and update the employee handbook to ensure we stay ahead of legislative changes.
Recruitment Support: Partner with hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process and attract top-tier talent.
Data & Insights: Manage HRIS data and provide reports on turnover, absence, and engagement trends.
Wellbeing & Culture: Lead initiatives that foster an inclusive, healthy, and high-performing work environment.
What You Bring to the Table
* Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated HR role, ideally within a corporate environment.
* Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
* Expertise: Solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a high degree of empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob) and the usual Office/Google suites.
