Role Overview

We are seeking experienced RAN Climbing Engineers to support nationwide rollout, upgrade, and maintenance activities across EE/BT and VodafoneThree networks. Engineers will be working on Ericsson and Nokia radio access network (RAN) equipment, carrying out installation, integration support, commissioning assistance, swaps, and decommissioning works on live sites.

Both Team Leader and Second Man positions are available. Rates are dependent on experience and competency and will align with current UK industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation, upgrade, and decommissioning of RAN equipment (Ericsson & Nokia)
2. Working on live sites across EE/BT and VodafoneThree networks
3. Safe climbing and rigging on rooftops, towers, masts, and monopoles
4. Radio equipment swaps, antenna works, cabling, and fibre management
5. Supporting integration, testing, and commissioning activities where required
