* Help installers identify opportunities to expand their businesses through us.
* Contribute directly to company revenue growth through account expansion and retention.
Become a Trusted Partner to Customers
* Build strong relationships with installation businesses across the UK.
* Act as the primary point of contact for installers seeking support and growth opportunities.
* Identify customer challenges early and proactively provide solutions that add value.
Deliver a World-Class Onboarding Experience
* Own the onboarding journey for newly signed installers.
* Ensure installer teams quickly understand and adopt the platform.
* Drive early customer success by helping users experience immediate value from us.
Represent the Voice of the Customer
* Gather and communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams.
* Influence product improvements and future feature development.
* Provide valuable insight into installer needs, priorities, and behaviours to help shape the product roadmap.
Build Scalable Systems & Processes
* Improve self-serve resources such as guides, FAQs, and training content.
* Develop and manage LLM agents to enhance customer support and onboarding.
* Create more effective onboarding processes and scalable customer success workflows.
* Collaborate with developers and designers to integrate tutorials, tips, and educational content into the platform.
Commercial Ownership & Strategic Impact
* Own revenue and retention targets across assigned accounts.
