About the role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Build strong, positive relationships with young people to support their personal and emotional development. Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver a supportive and engaging learning experience. Assist in delivering tailored learning programmes that meet individual needs. Be a positive role model for our pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and resilience.
