TensCare Ltd is an employee-owned, award-winning medical device company based in Epsom. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Creative Content & Graphic Designer to join our friendly and busy Product Development & Merchandising team.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting our supply chain and product teams by:
Updating packaging, product modifications, product labelling and instructions for use (IFUs).
Working closely with the Product Development Manager and QARA Manager to ensure packaging and claims are compliant with ISO 13485 medical device standards.
Designing materials that align with the TensCare house style.
Recording and maintaining artwork change documentation as part of our risk management and product design processes (full training provided).
Assisting in the creation of video instructions for use and explainer videos (video creation / editing skills a distinct advantage).
About You
We are looking for someone who is both creative and meticulous, with the ability to balance design flair with compliance requirements. You will be comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple projects.
Essential Skills:
Graphic design experience with proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Good organisational skills and record-keeping.
Desirable Skills:
Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar). Think this is probably a must have now
Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, healthcare, or similar).
