Team Leader Duties & Responsibilities:
* The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Consultants, ensuring they are achieving set KPIs and a quality service is being delivered at all times.
* Developing high quality relationships with businesses recruiting and employers, whilst managing and inspiring the team.
* Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and taking responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy.
* Identifying organisations that will benefit from employment services in order build new business.
* Performance reviews, coaching, training and supporting team growth.
Team Leader Experience & Skills needed:
* Experience within a similar role, with proven experience of leading a successful team.
* Passion for excellent customer service and developing relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* A positive, collaborative approach.
* Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
