See Tickets by Eventim are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Eventim Light Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess confidence and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of being part of a diverse team in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your challenge
You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the event organiser sector for our product EVENTIM LIGHT, primarily through telephone acquisition in a specific area assigned to you.
When acquiring new customers, you receive support from your pre-sales colleagues, who provide you with potential leads and customer inquiries.
With your feel for market requirements and trends, you find out what your customers need and support them in finding the appropriate solution.
Your creative input is required, both in illuminating our sales methods and in generating ideas for new features in accordance with market and customer requirements.
This is what you need to bring:
You have a completed degree or commercial training with initial sales experience. Ideally, you have already had initial professional experience, achieved success in acquiring new customers and demonstrated your ability and skills in sales.
You feel at home in the digital world and are excited about the future and what new paths are emerging in the sales environment.
In addition to a good portion of sales affinity, you have an enthusiastic and strong communication personality, and you approach projects proactively and with a high degree of determination.
You have good English language skills, both verbally and written.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Previous sales experience is preferred, demonstrating capability in team working.
* Administrative experience is beneficial for managing operational tasks efficiently.
* Confidence to hold structured telephone conversations with clients and on occasion meet in person with those prospects should the opportunity demand that.
