What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering high-quality hands-on treatments and structured rehab sessions
* Supporting clients in reaching their clinical, movement, and lifestyle goals
* Communicating treatment plans clearly, confidently, and with empathy
* Maintaining accurate, professional clinical notes
* Understanding and working with our ideal client profile
* Living and breathing JST's core values in every interaction
* Following JST's standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence in care
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proactive and alert to opportunities, taking initiative to follow them through
* Curious and solutions-focused when it comes to boosting client bookings and improving clinic performance
* Driven to meet targets while consistently delivering high-quality results
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in private practice (not pitch-side)
* Qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (minimum) with valid insurance cover
* A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with clients
* Positive, proactive team player with a growth mindset
* Committed to ongoing learning and delivering high-standard client care
* Ability to bring some of your own clients is required
