Job Description
1. Logistics data analysis, summary and refining to form the basis for process and decision-making; Site selection evaluation, warehouse process design, equipment selection, functional area layout process; Output plane layout scheme, including CAD layout diagram, and complete ROI calculation of planning scheme independently; Implement engineering equipment and other planning schemes, track implementation progress, and ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
2, Responsible for planning standardization capacity building, standard layout implementation; Sorting out the key assessment indicators of the warehouse planning and layout; Continuously improve the equipment selection and configuration standards in the warehouse, optimize the input cost and utilization rate of fixed assets;
3. Responsible for optimizing the process and layout of the warehouse, continuously improving the efficiency of the warehouse operation and reducing the logistics operation cost by optimizing the warehouse layout, equipment, process and moving line;
4. Responsible for overseas project bidding planning and support, including pre-sales communication with customers, demand research, scheme construction, RFP interpretation and technical tender preparation.
Job requirements:
1, 5 years or above experience in warehousing and logistics industry process, proficient in CAD, EXCEL and other office software, familiar with the warehouse layout planning logic, warehouse operation process, warehouse logistics equipment and other key features;
2. Interpersonal communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration skills and project promotion skills. Able to work under pressure and adapt to certain intensity of business trips (mainly in Europe）.
