About the role:
Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain standard rework routers and Temporary Work Instructions (TWIs) & raise appropriate rework routers for units
2. Maintain and improve Manufacturing specifications for compliance and supporting associates
3. Support production line and deal with queries
4. Metrics, root cause and corrective action as required
5. Support audit
6. Follow all Environmental Health & Safety requirements
7. Support team in PRB activities and other quality investigations
8. Assist in the set up and operation of the manufacturing layout
9. Review manufacturing performance metrics and report any anomalies or trends and determine root cause and corrective & preventative actions
10. Demonstrate practical mechanical engineering skills

Work Culture
20. 37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements.
