Overview
Clancy are working on an exciting framework in Newport, South Wales, where we will be constructing several Primary Substation enhancements for SSE Energy Solutions. As a result, we are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to package manage the Mechanical and Electrical works on site.
Responsibilities
* Review design outputs
* Assist with the creation of RAMS/ITPS for related works
* Assist with material orders
* Supervise the team completing the works
* Substation earthing installation
* Supervise panel wiring within substation control panels
* Installation and termination of secondary equipment such as commando sockets, isolators, lights, switches, sockets
* Interface with NGET, SSE DA, End Users
Qualifications
* Bachelors or master's in electrical engineering OR similar vocational experience
* Level 3 C&G 2357 Electrical Installation
* C&G 2339-17 or equivalent
* Level 3 Power Networks Craftsperson Qualification
* ECS Gold card
* C&G 2396 Inspection and Testing (advantageous)
* 18th Edition BS7671 wiring regulations
* SSE Authorisations
* Emergency First Aid at Work
* EUSR
* IPAF 3a/3b
* PASMA
* Ladder association Inspector & User
* Gas Safe, Disability Confident
