1. Competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum with an OTE up to £70,000

3. Monday to Friday working week with some Saturday mornings for month-end, typically 1 in 4

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
8. Lead and develop the service reception team to ensure exceptional customer service standards
9. Manage workshop operations to maintain full capacity and efficiency
10. Drive bodyshop sales within retail and insurance sectors
11. Oversee daily workshop activities, ensuring productivity and profitability
12. Collaborate with management to implement business growth strategies
13. Maintain excellent relationships with customers and insurance companies
Candidate spec for the Aftersales Manager role:
14. Proven experience managing automotive service departments or similar roles
15. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
16. Excellent organisational and communication skills
17. A drive for achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
18. Familiarity with workshop operations and bodyshop processes
19. Valid driving licence and relevant industry qualifications preferred
