Joining an evolving department youll influence strategic decision-making at scale. Reporting to the FP&A Director, youll act as a trusted advisor to operational leadership, helping shape business performance through financial challenge, investment analysis, and forward-looking insight.Rather than focusing purely on reporting and planning cycles, this role is centred on influencing decisions, balancing commercial opportunity, operational priorities, sustainability commitments, and financial performance across a complex business environment.
Youll play a key role in helping leadership teams understand trade-offs, identify risks, and make informed decisions that support long-term value creation.Alongside business partnering responsibilities, youll also contribute to the ongoing evolution of the FP&A function, helping embed a more commercially integrated and strategically focused approach to financial planning across the organisation.What Youll Be DoingDeliver monthly financial, operational, and sustainability reporting, providing clear explanations of key drivers and trendsLead the technical delivery of forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning processesBuild, maintain, and enhance financial models that support strategic decision-makingConduct scenario analysis to assess business performance, including EBITDA and cash flow outcomesTranslate complex data into accessible insights using visualisation tools for senior stakeholdersWho You AreYou are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong grounding in financial planning and analysisYou are comfortable working with complex data and financial models, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailYou are naturally curious about how the business operates and seek to understand the drivers behind performanceYou communicate confidently, adapting technical financial information into clear, relevant insight for non-finance stakeholdersYou are adaptable and open to change, with an interest in contributing to the ongoing development of FP&A processes and capabilityWe are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
