As a Resident Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of this neighbourhood. You won’t just greet residents, you’ll build relationships, spark community spirit, and create memorable experiences every day.
From welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism to supporting move-ins, managing amenity bookings, and keeping operations running smoothly, you’ll be the go-to person for residents and the wider team. You’ll help shape the resident experience, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, timely, and exceptional.
Your Responsibilities:
* Managing amenity reservations and supporting VIP requests.
* Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and pre-let coordination.
* Tracking maintenance issues and liaising with relevant teams.
* Supporting compliance inspections and safety protocols.
* Helping plan and deliver community events and experiences.
* Reviewing service levels and identifying opportunities to improve.
Your Requirements:
* A proven track record in customer service, ideally in residential or hospitality sectors.
* Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
* Confidence to engage with residents and challenge unknown visitors when needed.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and PM systems.
