Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to work onsite within a healthcare organisation. This role requires a proactive individual to manage end-user devices, networks, and infrastructure effectively.
Responsibilities
* Provide onsite support five days a week, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Engage in floorwalking to build strong relationships with staff and the CIO.
* Implement ITIL processes for effective problem management and escalation handling.
* Conduct forecasting and manage financial aspects of service delivery.
* Triage issues promptly and coordinate with technical resources to resolve them efficiently.
