This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing home & interiors brand. We're passionate about great design and are looking for a Social Media & Content Exec who loves interior & lifestyle trends, someone who is creative, collaborates well, but who is also super organised and great at working autonomously.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage social media channels and audiences (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) - includes creating content & engaging with community to drive brand awareness & growth
* Manage and implement the social media calendar
* Create original and engaging content for organic and paid formats, with a clear understanding of paid campaigns
* Scale TikTok growth with innovative, trend-led content
* Produce monthly analytic reports on all social activity & develop new campaign ideas based on results
* Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all social touchpoints
* Source UGC for channels - from consumers, retailers, content creators, fitters and designers to share across platforms and other marketing channels
* Manage Influencer collaborations - source new influencers, liaise with agencies etc
* Day-to-day checking and updating of all online content across UK & US websites - regularly updating images, copy and merchandising products when required
* Write engaging and optimised content for websites - products, category page copy, Guides, Blogs, Inspiration articles etc
About you:
* Ideally 2 years experience managing social media channels, community growth & producing creative and engaging content in a similar role
* Deep knowledge of the ever-changing social media landscape and culture
* Excellent content writing skills
* Good photography & video skills with keen eye for creative detail and design trends
* Able to collaborate across all teams where necessary
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated & pro-active
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Must have a genuine interest in interiors, lifestyle trends and culture
* Have a full driving licence
