Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team at Leonard Steel Works Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling steel components, contributing to the successful completion of projects. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the quality and durability of our products.
Responsibilities
* Fabricate and assemble metal structures according to specifications.
* Perform welding tasks using various techniques including stick welding.
* Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for metalworking tasks.
* Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to complete projects accurately.
* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all times.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role in steel fabrication.
* Strong knowledge of welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
* Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and sheet metal work.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
