Baked Product Development Manager

Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Baked Product Development Manager to join KP Snacks. This role focuses on innovation in baked snacks, leading product development from concept to commercialization, and enhancing R&D tools and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams within KP and Intersnack Group, including marketing, supply chain, and academia, to drive technical excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid R&D experience in FMCG, passionate about baked categories, and eager to develop our R&D capabilities.

What will you be doing?
* Lead the development of baked snacks, overseeing recipe formulation, scale-up, and trials to meet quality and safety standards.
* Design experimental plans, focus on data-led decisions, and embed best practices in R&D.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, procurement, and flavor teams to ensure project viability and innovation.
* Contribute to UK R&D strategy and develop talent within the team.

* Experience in developing baked goods with a strong understanding of ingredients and processes.
* A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related STEM field.
* Strong experimental, analytical, and reporting skills.
* Proven project management experience in FMCG.
* Leadership and collaboration skills to foster a positive team environment.
