Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to work in a school across Gateshead. This school prioritises the embedding of amibition in the students, and is seeking an educator to embody the school's core values.
The Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND
* Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher
* Help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically
* Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with SEN/SEND pupils (desirable but not essential)
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Show patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children
* Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to making a difference
