Hilldales are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper Domestic to work in our 56-bed care home in Ilfracombe

Successful applicants will require need to pass the Enhanced DBS and provide references.
Hilldales Residential Care Home is a friendly care home in Ilfracombe, North Devon. it is care home unlike any other. We provide care and support for adults with a range of needs. Many of residents have led demanding, hard lives and often have a history of mental health issues and drug & alcohol problems. They need and deserve sympathetic support in their daily lives.
You may already be working as part of a housekeeping team and looking for a new challenge, or maybe you have been thinking about changing career and fancy working in the care sector. Whatever your background, you should be the type of person with an eye for detail and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
Supported by an excellent team of great colleagues, you will possess high standards and a drive to see tasks through to the end. Ideally, you will be the type of person who is willing to come forward and offer direct hands-on support. Someone who insists that they have cleaned the home to a high standard and filled in the appropriate records.

Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing Residents needs and ensuring satisfaction.
* Apply janitorial techniques to maintain cleanliness in different settings.
* Utilize hotel and commercial cleaning experience to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
