Teaching Assistant (KS1 & KS2)
Tidworth and/or Salisbury
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: £90–£94 per day
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school from September 2026. The successful candidate will need to be able to supporting pupils across both KS1 and KS2.

The successful candidate will:
* Be an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with children and inspires them to achieve their potential.
* Be able to support pupils across KS1 and KS2.
* Be an excellent team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to school life.
* Be committed to their own professional development journey.
* Have experience working with children with SEN and/or SEMH needs (desirable).
* Previous experience in a childcare setting is ideal, but not essential as full support will be provided.
The role includes:
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
* Working closely with teachers to deliver targeted support to pupils.
* Assisting children with additional needs to access learning effectively.
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment across both sites.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
