This role plays a key part in supporting customer administration activities, ensuring a high standard of service and contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support within the Devon Contracts team and wider business as required. Manage customer administration activities, including invoicing and accurate completion of documentation. Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling telephone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records, ensuring all data and systems are kept up to date. Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Organise and maintain files and records in line with company procedures. Assist with the preparation of reports, documentation, and other administrative materials when required. Support the planning and coordination of meetings and schedules as needed. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team and business requirements. Contribute to the smooth running of office systems and processes. Handle information with confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is desirable. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
