You will work alongside lending teams, within the business unit, to structure and execute structured finance transactions. You will be involved from initial underwriting and term sheet stage through to signing the transaction documentation, funding the loan position, and exiting the risk position. You will play a key role in liaising internally with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams as well as externally with legal counsel.
Key Qualifications
* 9+ years PQE with a major law firm or financial institution.
* Experience with structuring and transaction execution on a business desk, including negotiation of commercial and legal matters.
* Familiarity with LMA documentation and securitisation frameworks.
* Commercially driven with ability to adapt to a varied workload.
* Must be FCA certified to perform this role and pass the associated exams before commencing employment with us.
