Strong employment law knowledge and current understanding of HR best practice. Proven experience delivering organisational change projects (including restructures and TUPE). Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) and degree-level education (or equivalent experience). Experience partnering with Trade Unions or representative groups.
