Role Purpose
Our Team Members are the core part of every Brewpub and are key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer), and high standards of service.
You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available at B&K while working in a fun and supportive environment.
As a Team Member, you’ll take orders, confidently recommend dishes and drinks (especially our own-brewed B&K beers), serve food and drinks, deliver a great guest experience, and assist with setting up and closing down the Brewpub.
