Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to lead our design efforts, overseeing both the technical and creative aspects of our projects. Starting in the new year, you'll be instrumental in driving design excellence, managing a talented team, and ensuring the successful delivery of key projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the design process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications and client requirements.
* Oversee a team of designers and engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met on time and within budget.
* Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and engineering solutions, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Drive continuous improvement in design processes, integrating the latest technologies and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
Key Skills and Experience
* Significant experience as a Technical Design Manager or in a senior design role within a relevant industry.
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and delivering high-quality results.
* Excellent communication skills, with experience working in client-facing environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
* In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, design, or a related field is preferred.
