We are seeking an experienced female live-in carer to support our clients in and around the South of Scotland who have a spinal cord injury. This role operates on a 2-week-on, 1- or 2-weeks-off rotational basis, providing high-quality, person-centred care within the client's home.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver full personal care and daily living support
* Safe manual handling and mobility assistance
* Recognise and manage Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD) (training provided)
* Medication administration
* Support with bowel and bladder care management (training provided)
* Drive client to appointments and social activities
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* A good communicator with a positive, can-do approach
* Willing to travel to different placements (expenses paid in advance)
Essential Requirements:
* Female carer (genuine occupational requirement)
* Proven spinal injury experience (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Comfortable taking direction and listening
* Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
