What You'll Do
1. Deliver 1:1 tuition tailored to each learner's needs
2. Create engaging, supportive lessons that help students overcome barriers
3. Work with young people who may have gaps in learning or disrupted education
4. Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress
5. Based in schools, community centres and libraries in Rochdale ( no home tuition - safe working environment)
We're Looking For People With:
6. Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)
7. A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities
8. Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
9. Good communication and organisational skills
10. A genuine desire to help learners thrive through personalised support
