Responsibilities
* Maintain electrical installations and replacements in tenanted and void properties, ranging from changing a faulty light fitting or socket to partial/full rewires and CCU upgrades
* Inspect and test occupied and void properties, ensuring safety and compliance
* Complete all paperwork and produce certification associated with works undertaken
* Monitor and maintain good levels of van stock to achieve a first‑time fix and ensure tools and equipment are kept in suitable condition
* Drive company vehicles as required, holding a full, valid UK driving licence
Qualifications
* Qualified to the 18th Edition (3rd and 4th amendments)
* NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, AM2, or currently undertaking the qualification
* Must provide original certification verifying proof of qualifications; copies or CSCS cards are not accepted
* Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach

* £41,192 per annum (rising to £43,360 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
