Job Description
We are a medical device manufacturer and have recently made textual updates and additions to our existing Instructions for Use (IFU).
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer with medical/pharma booklet design experience to:
•Take the full updated IFU text
•Align it with our previous approved IFU design layout
•Extend the document length from 140 mm to 170 mm
•Prepare a professional, print-ready file
The final output must be suitable for commercial printing.
Scope of Work
•Use our previous IFU design as a reference template
•Adapt layout to accommodate the new extended length (170 mm)
•Maintain regulatory-compliant formatting (clear hierarchy, readability, symbol placement, warnings, etc.)
•Ensure proper spacing, alignment, typography consistency
•Prepare print-ready artwork (including bleed, margins, fold marks if applicable)
•Ensure small font sizes remain legible and compliant
Deliverables Required
1.Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file
2.CorelDRAW file (.CDR)
3.Version with converted/outlines text
4.Version with non-converted/live editable text
5.Final print-ready PDF
All files must be fully organized, layered, and clean.
Requirements
•Proven experience designing medical device IFUs, pharmaceutical leaflets, or regulatory documents
•Knowledge of print production standards
•Experience with small-format folded leaflets
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
