Bernadette is the creative digital agency from VCCP. We design and make interactive, immersive and integrated digital experiences and products. We are 100 strong across London and Prague and are full service agency within our own right. We have specialists across UX, Design and Motion, Technology & Engineering, Content and Comms, Project Management, Data Analysis, Strategy and Ops, all dedicated to creating customer experiences worth talking about.
The VCCP Partnership as a whole is an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels.
Across the Partnership, we work with a broad spectrum of clients. Our work transcends across marketing, leading everything from social media or launch campaigns to DM and web and app build.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a digital product designer who loves their craft, understands the digital landscape, and embraces technology as a creative enabler. You have a genuine passion for creating stand-out digital experiences — products that are intuitive, considered, and impactful for both users and brands.
You’re a confident communicator and collaborative thinker, comfortable presenting ideas, giving and receiving feedback, and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams. You understand the power of design systems and atomic design, and you’re excited by the opportunity to lead or contribute to building scalable, robust, and elegant UI solutions.
Curious by nature, you stay close to evolving design tools, trends and emerging technologies — including AI — and actively look for ways to work smarter, not just harder. You’re a team player who builds rapport easily, mentors junior colleagues, and contributes positively to the culture around you.
Above all, you're driven by a desire to create meaningful design outcomes — solutions that solve real problems, engage users, celebrate the brand, and drive results for the business.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Design clear, accessible interfaces across web, mobile and beyond.
* Create and maintain design systems using atomic principles and design tokens
* Translate complex requirements into elegant, and effective user-centred solutions
* Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, UX, and brand teams
* Present and explain your work to clients and colleagues with clarity and confidence
* Build high-fidelity assets and prototypes in Figma and tools like Protopie or Play
* Contribute to workshops, sprints, and ideation sessions
* Apply interaction and motion design to enhance the user experience
* Use AI tools to streamline and enrich your design process
* Mentor junior designers and support a culture of collaboration and craft
* Work effectively within Agile or Waterfall workflows
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Strong portfolio showcasing great experiences, and interfaces and user-centred design thinking
* Expertise in Figma, including design systems and prototyping
* Experience creating scalable systems for products or large programmes of work
* Solid understanding of interaction, motion, and micro-interactions
* Awareness of accessibility principles and inclusive design
* Confidence presenting to stakeholders and contributing in collaborative sessions
* Comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
* Beyond figma, familiarity with tools like Protopie, Play, or similar prototyping platforms
* Interest and using AI to enhance creative and delivery processes
* Positive, adaptable team player with excellent communication skills
