The Role
We are seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to join our Service Desk team. Ideal for someone with at least one year of IT support experience, this role offers a chance to grow in a professional, supportive environment. You’ll ensure clients receive prompt, expert support to keep their businesses secure and productive.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Follow checklists and SOPs to maintain accuracy and consistency.
* Perform proactive system maintenance and server checks.
* Configure and repair systems, ensuring security and reliability.
* Manage user access and security administration.
* Deliver excellent customer service and document all work.
* Prioritise workload and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year IT support experience
* Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
