OVERVIEW:
- Manage a full caseload of up to 120 files, including complex transactions.
- Review title reports and sign off on files prepared by other Fee Earners.
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients across all matters.
- Follow the firm's file and case management policies at all times.
- Take responsibility for handling higher:complexity cases.
- Consistently meet annual billing and performance targets.
- Deliver a high standard of client care throughout all work.
- Stay up to date with compliance requirements and ensure all work meets regulatory and firm:wide standards.

THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 5 years' PQE, admitted or eligible for admission to the roll of solicitors.
- Proven experience managing a high:volume residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Strong working knowledge of the Land Registry Portal and residential property law.
- Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
- Honest, flexible and forward:thinking approach to work.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling a busy caseload.
