Telesales Executive – Managed Print & Managed IT Services
Location - Office Based, Swindon, Wiltshire
Reports To - Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Purpose
Working as part of a small growing team, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Managed IT Services (MSP) and Managed Print Services (MPS) offerings. This role focuses on outbound telesales activity, engaging with decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments or closing smaller opportunities directly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
• Conduct outbound telesales calls to businesses to promote Managed IT services and Managed Print
• Identify and engage key decision-makers (e.g. IT Managers, Office Managers, Directors)
• Qualify leads by understanding client environments, challenges, and requirements
• Generate and book qualified appointments for field sales or account managers
• Manage and progress leads through the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and activity targets
