In this B2B role you will primarily be focused on managing and building a small team of Business Development Executives as well as leading day-to-day sales operations. You will liaise directly with the Directors and have the autonomy to adapt the sales process and bring new ideas to the table. This is a hybrid role with two days in the office working a 37hr week from Monday to Friday. This role would suit a Sales Manager from a B2B sustainable energy background who has experience leading small sales teams and improving the sales business development process.
