Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Admin to join their vibrant team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations, this role is perfect for you!



What You'll Do:



Your responsibilities will include:




1. Product Management: Upload new products and pricing information to internal systems and the website.

2. Order Processing: Create and process purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) accurately.

3. Customer Records: Maintain up-to-date customer records, order details, and product information.

4. Wholesale Support: Assist in merchandising for wholesale customers by preparing and sending product information to suppliers.

5. Sales Support: Help track order progress for product launches and deliveries in collaboration with the Sales Representative.

6. Communication: Liaise with teams in China regarding production schedules and minimum order quantities

7. Documentation: Prepare customer-specific order information, labels and barcode details as needed.

8. Marketing Administration: Support product uploads, images, and data updates for marketing initiatives.




Your Responsibilities Will Also Include:




9. Following up on customer samples and approvals.

10. Preparing quotes and proposals for wholesale customers.

11. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

12. Regularly communicating with wholesale customers about product availability and shipment tracking.

13. Collaborating with the warehouse team to monitor order progress.

14. Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and sales information as required.




What We're Looking For:



We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who has:




15. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

17. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

18. Experience in sales administration or a related field.

19. Proficiency in using office software and internal systems.
