* Support people with daily routines
* Assist with personal care with dignity and respect
* Prepare meals and share meaningful moments
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Be the reason someone smiles today

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
You don’t need years of experience — you need the right heart. We’d love you to have:
* Kindness that can’t be taught
* Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn (full training provided!)
* A driving licence (if required for community role)
* Care experience is great — but not essential. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
