As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take a leading role in managing complex, high-value projects from initial planning through to delivery. This is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the board, where you’ll guide a skilled project team, drive operational excellence, and ensure every project meets strict quality, budget, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Project Managers.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Monitor budgets, track progress, and resolve issues proactively.
* Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a Senior Project Management role.
* Strong leadership and delegation skills.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Commercial awareness and confidence in budget control.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
* Degree or professional qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
* PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification.
* Health & Safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
