Teaching Assistant with Administrative Experience

We are a friendly and welcoming primary school in Bracknell looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who also has strong administrative experience to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role, combining classroom support with school office duties, perfect for someone organised, adaptable and passionate about working in a school environment.
About the Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom, working with individuals, small groups and whole-class activities.
* Assisting pupils with their social, emotional and educational development.
* Carrying out administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing resources and maintaining records.
* Supporting with communication between staff, parents and external agencies where required.
* Helping with the smooth running of the school day, including general duties in both classroom and office settings.

* Experienced in both classroom support and administration.
* Organised, efficient and confident using IT systems.
* Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
* Flexible, proactive and able to manage a varied workload.
